Spreadsheets and Google Sheets

Choose a source, map columns and review the result.

One-time spreadsheet upload

Export the relevant worksheet from Excel or Google Sheets as a CSV file. Open Import, choose Upload a spreadsheet, then match the file's headings to the expected fields. Review errors before applying an import.

A public Google Sheet

Public-sheet connections are a preview feature. Use a dedicated tab shared for viewing or published to the web, then paste its URL. Private sheets and Google account sign-in are not supported. If connections are unavailable, use a CSV upload.

Give every item a stable identity

For a sheet connection, use a unique, stable SKU for each size or variant. Scientific names must match an existing species exactly. Unknown or ambiguous names remain unpublished rather than being assigned to a likely match.

Review formatting and changes

Choose the decimal format used in your prices and define size-label replacements if needed. Preview the normalized rows and fix errors. A changed sheet requires a new preview before it can be applied.

Refresh deliberately

Sheet refreshes are manual. Applying a refresh can retire previous sheet rows that are removed or no longer match, so review the preview carefully. Do not include customer details or other private information in a public sheet.
