About Dupuis

Dupuis was propagated by Dr. John Dupuis in Miami, Florida, in 1963 and later patented in 1965 under Plant Patent 2528. It is a West Indian race avocado with a Type A flower, named after Dr. John and Susan Dupuis. The fruit is green, medium-sized, and pyriform in shape.
