Kanapaha

Kanapaha is a Bambusa textilis clone, a large clumping bamboo that is winter hardy in Florida. It became known as the textilis clone displayed at Kanapaha Gardens in Gainesville, Florida, and was not propagated for the general public until recently. It is considered the cold-hardiest of the giant bamboo species, hardy to just below 20 degrees F.
