Napolitano Mammoth-Leafed is a basil variety from Italy, also known as Bolloso Napoletano or Gigante Napoletano. It produces giant leaves, 3 inches long by 2 inches wide, and is slow to bolt. The jumbo leaves are used for spaghetti sauce, salads, gourmet dishes, and pesto.
