About Pig chaya
Pig chaya, also known as keken-chay, is one of the best-eating chaya varieties. It has small leaves with three shallow lobes and almost no spines. Chaya is indigenous to the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico, and in the United States it is used as a spinach substitute in egg dishes, fillings, and soups or stews.
