Spicata

Spicata is a tall-type coconut variety noted for its unusual, largely unbranched spike-like inflorescence. Like other tall coconuts it is vigorous, long-lived, and comparatively slow to begin bearing, in contrast to the earlier-fruiting dwarf types.
