PowWow Wild Berry

PowWow Wild Berry is an award-winning compact coneflower (Echinacea purpurea), a 2010 All-America Selections Winner in the PowWow series celebrated for its intense color and non-stop bloom. Forming a well-branched clump roughly 16 to 24 inches tall and wide, it bears 3 to 4 inch flowers with deep rose-purple, nearly magenta overlapping rays around an orange cone. Its basal-branching habit lets it bloom continuously from early summer to frost without deadheading, and it flowers the first year from seed. Compact and vivid, it excels in beds, borders and containers in full sun.
