Fairy Tale

Fairy Tale is an award-winning miniature hybrid eggplant, an All-America Selections winner known for its small, colorful fruits on compact plants. The slender fruits are just three to four inches long with striking purple-and-white striped skin and tender, mild flesh with few seeds. Their small size and thin skin make them ideal for grilling whole, roasting, and quick sauteing, and they stay sweet and non-bitter even at larger sizes. The compact, dwarf plants are well suited to containers and small gardens and bear heavily over a long season. Fairy Tale is popular with home gardeners who want an ornamental, productive eggplant that thrives in pots and needs little space.
