Snowy

Snowy is a white Japanese-type hybrid eggplant grown for its long, slender, pure-white fruits and early, heavy yields. The tender white flesh is mild and sweet with few seeds, and the thin skin needs no peeling, suiting it to grilling, stir-fries, and roasting. Vigorous plants crop steadily over a long season.
