Purple Genca

Purple Genca, also called Black Genoa or Black Spanish, is a large, oblong fig, broad at the apex and narrow at the base. Its flowers are all female and need no pollination to set fruit. The fruit has very dark-purple skin with a thick blue bloom and juicy, sweet, rich-flavored flesh.
