About Nootka Rose
Nootka Rose is a silverskin softneck garlic from Washington State's San Juan Islands, valued for its rose-streaked wrappers and excellent long storage. It produces tightly packed bulbs of many small to medium cloves with a strong, full flavor, and its sturdy neck braids well. As a softneck it adapts to a wide range of climates and keeps for many months when properly cured.
