About Interlaken
Interlaken originated from a 1928 cross of Ontario and Sultanina (Thompson Seedless); three varieties of the same parentage were selected in 1938. It is an early ripening, hardy grape from New York that produces abundant crops of yellowish-green, crisp, sweet grapes, primarily used as a table grape.
