Archer

'Archer' (sometimes called white sorrel) resulted from seed sent to Wester by A.S. Archer of the island of Antigua and is believed to be of the race albus. It is an unusual white-fruited roselle with pale green-white calyces and a milder, less acidic flavor than the red types. The light-colored calyces make pale golden teas and preserves.
