About Magaña

The Magaña mamey sapote was introduced to Florida by UF/IFAS TREC from El Salvador in 1961 and is the second most important mamey sapote cultivar grown in the state. The TREC cultivar table lists it as a small, slow-growing tree with high yield, recommended for home landscape planting.
