About Cajun Delight

Cajun Delight is a compact okra plant reaching about 4 feet tall, with big cream flowers. It produces tender green pods 3 to 5 inches long, ready to harvest in about 50 to 55 days. Pods are used in soups, stews, and chicken gumbo, and are excellent fried, pickled, or boiled.
