About Panama Red
Panama Red is a large, Panama-type passionfruit with red-purple skin when ripe, likely selected by Australian growers for higher yields. The oval fruit runs bigger than many purple types and offers a similar sweet, aromatic, moderately strong flavor. A vigorous, productive vine for warm, frost-free gardens.
