About Empress

Empress was introduced in 1965. It has mid-pink flowers followed by a midsummer crop of rosy-pink, clingstone peaches with juicy yellow flesh. The tree matures at 5 feet tall and wide, and is slightly hardier than Bonfire (USDA Zone 5).
