UFOne

UFOne is a non-melting-flesh peach released by the University of Florida in 2008. Fruit is medium-large, and trees regularly bear large crops of marketable fruit. Fruit is very firm with yellow flesh and semi-clingstone pits, developing 40% red blush over a yellow ground color. The fruit development period is 95 days, and UFOne ripens with UFBeauty (early May) in Gainesville, Florida.
