UFSun

UFSun is a non-melting-flesh peach released in 2004. Trees bear heavy annual crops of early-season, medium-sized fruit with yellow flesh and clingstone pits. Fruit are uniformly symmetrical and develop 50-60% red skin with darker red stripes. UFSun ripens with the standard cultivar Flordaprince at Immokalee and Gainesville, Florida, with a fruit development period of 80 days.
