About Eureka
Eureka is a productive astringent persimmon from Texas, considered one of the most satisfactory cultivars for Texas and Florida and widely propagated by southern nurseries. A pollination-variant type, it develops some darker flesh around its seeds. The small, precocious tree is drought- and frost-resistant and bears heavily.
