Cerata

Cerata is an early-mid season, high-yield, low-specific-gravity red potato developed to address the market need for a high-performing, pink-skinned, white-fleshed variety. Tubers are round to oblong with shallow eye depth and good to excellent appearance. It can be grown on all soil types.
