About Colomba

Colomba is a mid-season, high-yield, low-specific-gravity fresh-market potato with a parentage of Carrera x Agata. Tubers are mostly oblong with very shallow eye depth, cream skin, and light-yellow flesh, with excellent appearance. It has a starch content of 11 to 15 percent, making it well suited for boiling, mashing, and use in soups or salads.
