About Shannon

Shannon is the most tree-like of the serviceberries, usually possessing one main trunk and reaching heights of up to 25 feet. It blooms in early spring, just before the leaves appear, typically late March to late April. It may be subject to fire blight, fungal leaf spot, and rust, although some cultivars are bred to resist these diseases.
