About Early White Scallop
Early White Scallop is a very old heirloom variety of summer squash, several hundred years old. Fruit is initially light green, ripening to white when fully mature, and weighs 2 to 3 lbs. The plant has a semi-bush vine habit. It is used for sauteing, roasting, or stuffing, and is not frost hardy.
