Gold Rush

Gold Rush is a golden-yellow zucchini, an All-America Selections winner developed for its uniform, glossy deep-yellow fruits on open, easy-to-harvest bush plants. Best picked young at six to eight inches, the tender, mild flesh cooks like green zucchini but brings bright color to the plate. Highly productive, it crops early and heavily through the summer.
