Summer Crookneck

Summer Crookneck is a yellow crookneck-type Cucurbita pepo (summer squash) cultivar grown in Florida. Semi-open bush plants bear yellow, curved-neck fruit with creamy-white flesh, best harvested at 5 to 6 inches. The flesh is mild and cream-colored, with large seeds, and skin can be smooth or slightly bumpy.
