About Sweet Dumpling
Sweet Dumpling is a small winter squash of the Cucurbita pepo species, bearing single-serving cream-colored fruits striped with green. The deep yellow-orange flesh is exceptionally sweet and tender, excellent baked or stuffed, and the fruit stores for a few months. Vining plants are productive, and the thin skin is edible when roasted.
