Florida Pearl

Florida Pearl 66 is the second white strawberry release from the University of Florida program, following the original Pearl 109. It is the result of hybridization between descendants of Japanese white strawberries, which give it its unique color, and red Florida strawberries, which give it its yield, disease resistance, and other commercial production qualities. This variety produces white strawberries, also called pineberries.
