Autumn Beauty

Autumn Beauty is a popular branching, multi-stemmed sunflower celebrated for its warm, richly colored blooms in shades of gold, bronze, rust, mahogany, and bicolor. Unlike single-headed giants, it branches freely to produce dozens of five- to eight-inch flowers per plant over a long season, making it a favorite for cut-flower gardens and pollinator plantings. Growing five to seven feet tall, this open-pollinated variety offers a natural range of autumn tones from a single sowing, so no two plants look quite alike. It is easy to grow, heat and drought tolerant once established, and highly attractive to bees and butterflies, which makes it a mainstay of permaculture flower borders and cutting gardens.
