Apricot Queen

Apricot Queen is a Spencer-type sweet pea (Lathyrus odoratus) prized for large, ruffled flowers in soft apricot and peachy tones with a strong, sweet fragrance. A vigorous climbing annual reaching about 6 to 8 feet, it needs support such as a trellis, netting or obelisk and blooms best when the flowers are cut or deadheaded regularly. It grows in full sun to light shade in fertile, well-drained soil and suits containers. A lovely warm-toned choice for cutting and the scented garden.
