About Mollie Rilstone
Mollie Rilstone is a Spencer-type sweet pea (Lathyrus odoratus) beloved by cut-flower growers for its large, ruffled cream flowers edged in a soft pink picotee on long, strong stems, usually three to four per stem. It carries a strong, distinctly old-fashioned fragrance despite its modern show-flower form. A climbing annual reaching about 1.5 to 2.5 metres, it grows in full sun in moist but well-drained soil and suits containers. Cut it regularly to prolong the display.
