About Wiltshire Ripple

Wiltshire Ripple is a striking sweet pea (Lathyrus odoratus) whose frilled white blooms are streaked and flaked with dark red to maroon, carried on long, strong stems ideal for cutting. A vigorous climbing annual, it quickly covers a trellis or obelisk and carries a strong, sweet fragrance. It needs a long day length of about twelve hours or more to flower well, so it blooms later in the season. Feed fortnightly with a high-potash fertiliser and deadhead regularly to keep it going in full sun.
