Black Magic

Black Magic is a striking ornamental taro (Colocasia esculenta) grown for its large, velvety, near-black purple leaves rather than for food. A bold tropical foliage plant for pond edges, containers, and shaded borders, it thrives in warm, wet conditions. Like other ornamental taros it is not cultivated as a food crop.
