Maui Lehua

Maui Lehua is the dominant commercial poi taro of Hawaii, valued for consistently high-quality red poi, while its smaller corms serve as a moist table taro. A reliable, productive wetland variety, it underpins much of the modern poi industry and thrives in flooded or continuously wet ground.
