Moi

Moi is a Hawaiian taro esteemed for both poi and table use, its high natural gumminess making the cooked corm especially easy to pound into smooth poi, particularly while still warm. A traditional wetland variety, it grows best in the warm, flooded conditions that suit lowland taro.
