Yellow Doll

Yellow Doll is an early-maturing icebox hybrid watermelon celebrated for its sweet golden-yellow flesh. It is a compact F1 variety that produces small, personal-sized fruit on relatively short vines, making it a strong choice for home gardens, short-season areas, and gardeners wanting an early harvest. Yellow Doll is prized for its notably high sugar content and crisp texture, often sweeter than many red-fleshed types. Its bright yellow interior offers a novel and attractive alternative for salads and fresh eating. As a hybrid it does not come true from saved seed, but its early maturity and dependable, uniform fruit have made it a popular novelty and market variety.
