About Mutsu

Mutsu, also called Crispin, is a cross between Golden Delicious and Indo, introduced from Japan in 1948. It is an all-purpose apple recommended for Georgia growing zones 1, 2, and 3, where it produces yellow apples of exceptional quality that are crisp, juicy, and slightly tart, ripening in early October.
