About Blanc du Bois
Blanc du Bois is a white hybrid grape cross between native Florida grape cultivars and Vitis vinifera selections, developed by John A. Mortensen at the University of Florida's Central Florida Research and Education Center in 1968. It was officially named and released as Blanc du Bois in 1987.
