Roxa

Roxa is described as an old jaboticaba cultivar of the species Plinia cauliflora (formerly Myrciaria cauliflora), mentioned in historical accounts by Popenoe. It is characterized as more reddish than purple in color, a trait reflected in its name, which means red.
