About Dark Green Italian

Dark Green Italian parsley was introduced by 1807. It is a plain-leaf (Italian) cultivar grown in Florida. Plain in appearance but fancy in taste, it is described as the best-flavored variety, with wide, straight leaves that make aphid control easier, making it a good greenhouse variety. It is less cold-hardy than curly types.
