Ormond

Ormond is a Japanese persimmon (Diospyros kaki), sometimes called the Christmas persimmon, that ripens very late in the season and keeps well in storage. The tree begins growing early in spring, which increases the chances of freeze injury, and reaches a mature height of 12 to 15 feet.
