Cushaws

Cushaws are an American heirloom squash not usually found outside North America, also known regionally as Cushaw Pumpkin, Appalachia, or Tennessee Sweet Potato. Fruits are medium-sized and elongated, with a neck and a bulbous end, and can be green, white, orange, or striped. Flesh is light yellow with a mildly sweet flavor.
